Ordering & Shipping

OUR PRODUCTION TIMELINE IS CURRENTLY 30 DAYS

- We are currently moving towards a make-to-order system for our clothing. This will allow for a more intimate, customizable experience for you but does lead to longer lead times.

Scarves are generally stock on hand and will be shipped within 3 days as long as they are in stock. If we have any issues with your scarf order, we will reach out immediately. 

- Given the nature of our make-to-order production, lead time may vary and we do not guarantee delivery dates. If you have questions about your delivery time please contact us on our form page. We can give you a more exact estimation of delivery times.

- When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with details and tracking information.

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

- Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive in 2-3 business days. Please note that we do not guarantee delivery dates.

- All orders ship with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the USPS.

- Arin Arthur Textiles is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages once they leave our studio. If you find that your package is lost, you must contact your local USPS carrier.

- Standard shipping only includes $50 in insurance.

- We currently only offer domestic shipping within the United States.
